Terms & Conditions: Each Session is 60 Minutes. All booked sessions include a free face to face/online consultation. All other enquiries are dealt with via email or phone. Personal training sessions need to be paid at a minimum 48 hours prior to a session & cancellations need at least 24 hours notice before a session or the session will be charged in full. All group and package bookings are subject to advanced booking & pay & are non-refundable. Group bookings are one session a week for 6 weeks. Just wanted to once again say a massive thank you for the Tabata class in a park - it was a great experience and the time flew by (which NEVER happens in such high-intensity classes, so I was pleasantly surprised!) I can’t wait to exercise with you again x
